Staying in the 2-bedroom pearl suite with a fabulous view of a beautiful tropical garden was absolutely beautiful, offering spacious, clean rooms with a great terrace. However, the privacy could be improved in this lovely setting.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were stunning, especially in the 2 bedroom pearl suite, and the location near Nai Yang Beach was convenient. The service was top-notch, with welcoming and helpful staff. However, the dining had a very poor selection, and the outdoor area was not inviting for drinks. Overall, a great experience with some minor drawbacks.
I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms, each with 2 balconies and a luxurious huge bathtub which quickly became my favorite spot during my stay. It was great having my cousin and her family nearby in another room. The king bed was super comfortable. The only downside was the inconsistency in housekeeping service, but overall a fantastic stay.
